In a lecture given at Cambridge University on 16 November 2006, Lord Bingham of Cornhill, formerly senior Law Lord, spoke about the rule of law. Unlike many speeches on this topic, which tend to be bland and almost meaningless, this lecture was both detailed and illuminating.
