New director for Waitemata DHB

Health Minister Tony Ryall has announced the appointment of Ms Wendy Lai to Waitemata District Health Board.

During her time with the business advisory company, Deloitte, Ms Lai has worked with a number of New Zealand and Australian health care organisations, as well as public sector and commercial organisations.

Ms Lai leads the Strategy and Consulting Practice at business advisory company, Deloitte.

She holds several private directorships and trustee positions.
